In order to maintain the beauty of our entrances, as well as neighborhood events, we rely upon $85 annual dues paid by each household.  The funds collected are used to keep the Cooper and Kresson entrances and the common ground on Covington Place landscaped, beautified and illuminated.

Entrances and common areas reflect on all of us and play a significant part in determining your home's market value as well. A nicely maintained neighborhood makes a lasting impression on visitors, and encourages prospective homebuyers to make higher offers on neighborhood homes for sale...which ultimately increases all of our home values! The opposite is also true.
